I am a Southeast Texas-based journalist and photographer with a passion for sports. With five years' experience in professional media industry, I have bylines with numerous online sports outlets such as DraftKings Network, plus three regional newspapers — the Beaumont Enterprise, the Port Arthur News, and the Orange Leader. 

In December 2023, I graduated magna cum laude from Lamar University with a bachelor's in communication and a minor in business. While attending college, I worked as managing editor for the Lamar University Press. 

I now work on the content team at DraftKings and am taking graduate courses through Texas Tech University. While these endeavors take up the majority of my time, I'm still open to freelance writing and photography opportunities, particularly in sports.
